The sixth edition of the most fun game hackathon
Gabrovo is gearing up for another stunning adventure in the world of games with the sixth edition of Gabrovo Game Jam 2024! This hackathon, dedicated to computer and tabletop games, brings together programmers, writers, animators, and artists from across the country in an inspiring event at the Museum of Humor and Satire. It will take place from January 26 to 28, 2024, and is part of the prestigious Global Game Jam (http://globalgamejam.org/).

Gabrovo Game Jam invites you to participate with pre-formed teams or to create teams during the event.
What to expect:
- Form a team and develop a prototype of your own game in 48 intensive hours.
- Brainstorming sessions with pizza.
- Compete for exciting prizes.

Evaluation will be based on standard criteria, and the jury will award bonus points to teams for game plots and characters close to Gabrovo and its people – resourceful, thrifty, entrepreneurial, with a sense of humor, and the presence of distinctive symbols of the city.
